With the development of company, we introduced the program "Kaizen & Rationalization Proposals" in March 2015, which intends to involve all employee to participate into this program, especially their wisdom.
As long as you have idea(s) related to efficiency, cost, quality, WIP reduction, method optimization, etc., then you're encouraged to submit your ideas to people who are designated by company. Once your idea is adopted, you will be rewarded with various amount of money。Also the people who wins the most rewards of the year could get "Yearly Gold Medal ", which might be one of promotion criteria in future.
Since "Kaizen & Rationalization Proposals" was born, total 964 ideas were received. And 376 of them were implemented successfully，which made company benefit RMB327,000 from this program.
At the same time, this program had contributed a lot for efficiency enhance, cost reduction and quality improvement. What's more, the sense of self-improvement have been gradually formed in employees' mind.
